The Chairman of these organizations, Paul Merage founded Chef America, Inc., the inventor of Hot Pockets, along with his brother David and subsequently sold the company to Nestle in 2002 for $2.6 billion in cash. The Merage family actively manages its capital base across numerous asset classes with a core strategic focus in hedge funds, private equity and real estate.
